Drop-in Hours: Epilepsy Ottawa Drop-in Hours return on Mondays and Wednesdays 10am-4pm starting on Monday, January 9th. If you’re in the neighbourhood and want to pick up some information, book an appointment, or talk to staff about a pressing issue, come by our office in Room 207 at the Bronson Centre (211 Bronson Ave.) If you want to have a longer appointment, it’s always better to book in advance to ensure staff availability.
One-on-one meetings: In the New Year, staff will be available for meetings online OR in person at the Bronson Centre. Make arrangements with staff for an in-person meeting while booking your appointment.
Groups Meetings: Our meetings will shift to a hybrid schedule in 2023. All group meetings will stay online throughout the winter months. Once the city thaws in spring, the Parent Support Group, Adult Social Group, and Helping Hands for kids and teens will have some in-person meetings at the Bronson Centre. The Adult Support Group will remain online year-round.

- If staff has any symptoms of cold, flu, Covid-19, RSV, or other illness when you have an in-person meeting booked, they will will be in touch with you to either shift the meeting to video conference or reschedule it.
