Support & Social Groups

Epilepsy Ottawa offers a variety of social and support groups to help people with epilepsy/seizures and their loved ones connect with others who are going through something similar

  • Parent Support Group

Parents and caregivers of young or grown children with epilepsy meet once a month to provide support to one another and discuss the various topics and/or challenges of life from a caregiver’s perspective.

Some meetings are in-person and others are online using Microsoft Teams.

  • Social Group

Adults with epilepsy and their loved ones can join our social group for a great opportunity to meet other people living with epilepsy in a relaxed, informal setting. When we have a special theme or outing planned, we’ll provide details in the event description.

Some meetings are in-person and others are online using Microsoft Teams.

  • Support Group

A monthly, daytime group for adults with epilepsy to connect with each other. All meetings are online using Microsoft Teams.
